I think regular ATF changes to keep the additives package fresh will do just as well as using that item from Sea Foam. I just cleaned the screens under shift solenoids A-B and C on our 2002 EX, and found nothing. That Accord is closing in on 190,000 miles, original A/T, and it too gets the 1oz/qt dose of Lubegard Red. Still using Honda ATF-Z1 on our 1998 Accord, but only because I still have nearly two cases of ATF-Z1 left. per quart of ATF), I've had good service on our two Gen 2 Odys, both at over 100,000 miles on the original A/T's. ![]() Between using AmSOil Universal ATF and Lubegard Red (at 1oz.
